Most times if your child is crying at night about a scary creature and they are waking up dehydrated, drained of energy, and has small bruises it's a Tulpas.... Tulpas usually come from mass thought, a thought that is so highly concentrated on that it becomes true. The Lock Ness monster, Big Foot, and a few others... Someone created them by putting them out there and mass thoughts from many, made them real but on occasion one single person has enough energy, creativity, and brain power to do this on their own. It is usually a child because as adult we just don't have the time... The child creates this monster, and it becomes totally real... I stress that this creature can not truly harm the child but the dehydration, drained energy, and bruises all come from the amount of energy it takes in making a Tulpas.... First step is in the morning, start giving the child green tea, this will help replenish the energy lose and make them less dehydrated. Second step, hike up their iron intake (spoonful of peanut butter) what ever you think your child will eat or take best. Third have your child draw this creature with a pencil and together erase this creature and say "creature no more", unfortunately this could take months of doing this to fully get rid of the Tulpas. It takes the same amount of time that your child put into creating it. Fourth step is the fact that your child is highly highly creative and this will continue to be a problem for you if you do not get your child in something that can channel that creativity. My mom ended up putting me in art, writing, any and everything that would keep my mind occupied. lol. I hope that this has helped and if you have any questions pls feel free to ask them hugs hugs.
