Hey everyone. Today is To Write Love On Her Arm day. TWLOHA is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide.

All you have to do to support this is write "Love" on your arm somewhere (mine is usually on my wrist). Guys and girls can do it, it doesn't matter what gender you are.
